Returns are accepted only for unused items in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. After inspection, eligible items will be refunded or replaced. Custom-ordered or pre-configured products are non-returnable unless they are proven faulty. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the error originated from our side.
